Come & Try It Ride. The rides are aimed at anyone of any age and regardless of ability who wants to ride their bike. They are also suitable for anyone wanting to get more active, lose weight, have Asthma, Diabetes or Heart disease. Or, if you just want to ride your bike. And E-Bikes are very welcome too! The ride will be aimed at those that turn up on the day with the pace very much at that of the slowest, so that no one is left behind.
